Q: Can I completely customize my sofa?
Yes, at Maxim Confort every sofa is completely customizable. You can choose from:
- More than 200 different fabrics and leathers
- Different types of foam, reclining mechanisms, arms or backrests
- Custom measurements to the available space
- Exclusive colors, details and finishes
Q: How is Maxim Confort different from other sofa stores?
- We work with national and custom manufacturing
- We offer a personalized and expert advisory service

- We do not sell in bulk: each client takes a unique piece made for their home
Q: Do the sofas have stain protection or special protection?
Many of our fabrics include treatments stain-resistant, waterproof and scratch-resistant (check by collection). In addition, we offer additional treatments if the customer wishes.
Purchase and Delivery
Q: How long does it take for a sofa to arrive once the order is placed?
Each sofa is manufactured in a completely customized way, so delivery times usually range between 6 and 10 weeks, depending on the model, chosen finishes and manufacturer logistics.
Q: Is it mandatory to go to the physical store to place the order?
It is not essential. We understand that for many customers it is not feasible to approach physically, so:
- You can consult and define the details by phone or video call
- We receive orders by email or WhatsApp with plans, photos and measurements
- We advise you with renders and previous visuals if you need it
- We even offer home delivery throughout Spain (check conditions by area)
Q: What happens if the sofa doesn't fit in the elevator or at home?
Our logistics team is prepared for this. Before delivery we will ask you for key access measurements and, if necessary, we offer:
- Assembly at home
- Stair or crane lifting service, depending on location
Q: Can I finance my sofa?
Yes, we have customized financing options, up to 12 or 24 months, interest-free on many occasions (according to current campaign). You only need your DNI and proof of income.
Service and Advice
Q: Can I try the models before deciding?
If you are near one of our stores, we invite you to come and try the models on display. But if you can't come:
- We send you detailed videos of each sofa
- We share opinions and photos from real customers
- You can request physical samples of fabrics or leathers at no cost
Q: What warranties do the sofas have?
official manufacturer warranty, which covers:
- Structure and mechanisms (normally 5 years)
- Upholstery and finishes, according to intended use
maintenance and cleaning recommendations according to fabric type.
Q: Can you help me choose the ideal sofa according to my space?
Of course. Our interior design team can help you:
- Based on photos and measurements of your living room
- With personalized model suggestions
- We can even create a visual simulation with the sofa in your space
